95-100% attendance Best chance of success Your child is taking full advantage of every learning opportunity
90-95% attendance  At least two weeks of learning missed Satisfactory, your child may have to spend some time catching up with work
85-90% attendance At least 4 weeks of learning missed Your child may be at risk of underachieving and will need extra support from you to catch up with work
80-85% attendance At least 5 and a half weeks of learning lost Your child's poor attendance has a significant impact on their learning
Below 80% attendance At least 7 and a half weeks of learning missed Your child is missing out on a broad and balanced education. You are at risk of prosecution

Applying for a Reception Place

It is important that to secure a reception place you must make an application to Cumbria County Council.

Please make your application online, if you are unable to do so please call the school and we can provide internet access for an application.

In addition to your online application could we also ask applicants to complete our own form.
